Harrasment from Edgars

Please never get an account with Edgars because if you have problems due to carona and struggle to make payments and get help from a debt counsellor you will have endless problems. I have gone under debt review and informed Edgars and an aggreement was made by Debt Rescue for a specific amount for each month. After a few month Edgars customers service contacted me stating that I have a outstanding amount that I need to settle, but my monthly agreed amount was payed by Debt Rescue. I sended Edgars all the proof via email, but still Edgars was phoning me every second day. I sended more emails, but that did not help. After confirming that they received the aggreed payment on record they are still harrasing me and not contacting Debt Rescue like the law says they have to. Now the have handed me over to Blakes associates and they started contacting me, but all payments aggreed are up to date. After I am done with Edgars, they will never see me in any of their shops again and I have been a loyal customer for years.
