Harrasing clients but not doing job

I work in events . No events this year . I have a income protector that pays my account if I cant work . I have paid it for 12 years . I have asked Edgar's to claim they did nothing . Finally I was told to email and given a email address . I mailed. Yet nothing . Please stop messaging me and rather claim from the policy you where so proud of selling me . Stop bothering me . Follow up on your own stuff .
