<p>I have a ***** case on my account ( ********** ********** 43247) that was supposed to have been closed and informed edgards via Hello Peter and was given reference number is ********** 190/GO) . while the investigation is going on, your collections department ( Ref : C38) is terrorising me with threats of legal action and blacklisting. this account was aid up while I was under debt review and should have been closed in May 2015. I made follow-ups to have the account closed and I had a refund due which was paid on 25 June 2016 and still the account was not closed. the ********** activity was on 6 July 2016. Please SOMEONE, inform your collections department to STOP while you sort out this matter.</p>
