Harassment by Edgars
Sick and tired of being hounded and harassed by the Edgars - accounts department. They are in financial trouble because of bad management. Now the account holders get hounded. 8 Phone calls, just today....really??????? Bit excessive I would say. Shocking

NB: Collections phones calls are conducted if there is not payment received or an arrangement made to pay at a later stage. For as long as the account holder could not be reached, calls will be made until an arrangement is captured on record.
