Harassment and Account not decraesing

<p>After arrangements have been made with edgars to pay off my account they still keep on phoning me NON STOP this is unacceptible. who ever is working with your finance is either NOT updating my account information or is not doing their job. We also have jobs to do and with you harassing me it is very difficult to do my job. I have made arrangements almost 4 months ago and stil you keep on irratating me with the same **** ****.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> Another issue that I have is that my account for some reason seems not to be decreasing as I make my ARRANGED payment every month. Either AGAIN someone is not doing their job or is taking money. </p>
