harassment

So today the 12/10/2015 I receive 3 phone calls from your call center. 12:34, 12:35, 12:38. I said on the first phone call that I do not know the person who they are looking for. So the call agent continues to question me about this person and how long I have had this number. I told you once I do not know the person and you do not have the right to know how long I have had this number for. If you really want to know them go to my service provider and ask them. Yes I swore at your call center agent as I said I do not know this person and that's it. So now I will inform you that I will be taking you to court for harassing me today. You have vialated my consumer rights by cantacting me within a space of 10min. You think you can bully me for something and someone I have no knowledge of? We will see who will be laughing when I am done. This has been going on every month now for the last year that you phone me about the same bull **** I am done talking and now all I see on how to resolve this matter is with actions as words don't do anything.
