Harassment

I have never had an Edgars account in my entire life. Edgars has been harassing me with calls and SMSs thinking I am one of their clients, Miss Tebogo Alphane.... I have begged, pleaded, asked nicely and rudely that they remove my number from their system as I have had my number since 1998 and it has never belonged to anyone else. Edgars is COMPLETELY ***********. The people phoning me from their accounts department is even more ***********. When I ask to speak to a supervisor/manager etc. whenever they phone me asking to speak to Miss T Alphane (whoever that my be) thc they simply put the phone down without saying a word. For more than 2 years they have been phoning me. Sometimes twice a day!! I have emailed every posdible email address existing for Edgars to get them to remove my number from their ****py system, but they have been of no help. I have even asked at an Edgars branch for help, but apparently there is nothing they can do and they provided me with another useless email address.... I am at wit's end! Clearly they have zero regard for the popi act.
