Harassment
I settled an Edgars (judgment) account in 2007. In 2010, Edgars started calling me to settle the account, whereupon, I went to their store in East London with proof of the settlement, after which I never had any problems/communication with them. Recently I have been receiving SMSs and phone calls from a company called NBA. On one occasion I informed NBA that the account had been settled in 2007, that Edgars had been informed AGAIN in 2010 of the settlement and accepted. I then informed them that I would institute legal action against them for harassment should this happen again. They have sent me an SMS today, asking ME to call THEM and pay an outstanding account TODAY: \Urgently call NBA on *** and Quote ***. Payment required TODAY on ur EGDARS account. Fax proof to ***. or reply call"<br> <br> Who can I contact to commence legal action against both Edgars and NBA. Please help."""
