Harassment

Unfortunately this month, I fell short with cash so I went to Edgars and paid a portion of the total due. This is the first month that I haven't paid the full amount in. Being a good payer, I would assume things would be fine and the month that follows I would pay the access due and the total amount. Whilst at work, I get a phone call from my brother in law telling me that someone from Edgars had phoned in and threatened to hand me over to the debt collectors if I don't call in immediately. Having to leave my job I called in and spoke to a gentleman named Keshan from head office. He assured me that no one will be calling me again as arrangements have been made for payment. After his call I get three more people calling me and asking me for money!!!!I spoke to lady on Saturday and advised her of my frustrations, her name was Halima I think, literally 15 mins after that I get another lady calling me up for money! Is this how Edgars work? disclosed personal information, threaten to hand me over , and harass me for payment! This is disgusting and I will be taking this matter up!Up till now the manager still hasn't called me as I requested to speak to him because of all this irritation
