Harassed daily due to their own incompetence.

Lost my job in May 2020. I had account protection on the account. This was supposed to be in effect, but no one activated it. I have now been handed over and getting harassed daily from Blake & Associates for payment. I cannot pay anything if I have no job, what don't you people understand? And where is my account protection!? No one could be bothered to help a person. Worst company ever since RCS took over.
