handed over

in October 2007, i have closed my Edgars account, and then today 17 march 2015, i get a phone call from a debt collection agency called some Daly and associates, and they say Edgars has handed me over as i owe them R370.00. I mean really after eight years, seriously disgusting, no letters, just a phone call today out of the blue.
