Had the most horrible experience! It's as if though this company AND its staff has given up on customer satisfaction. I was in the Canal Walk branch the weekend and bought quite a few items, I really liked another sandal that I saw. I asked the lady to check for my size, she turned around for literally 2 minutes, came back and said they did not have the size. I drove around to Tygervalley and then Parow Center. I then asked the Manager to check which store has the shoe in my size, he gets back to me to say that Canal Walk is the only branch with my size! I was so furious. I called them about 10 times since then - no one picks up. The number just rings. Its pathetic how lazy staff is. And how difficult it is to get hold of them. Its actually sad that staff / business can afford to act this way during such tough economic times!!!
