Guess Watch Repair

I gave in an Guess watch which needed a new strap. Itumuleng helped me on the 4th April 2015. Yesterday I phone to enquire about the watch as this is now almost 3 months. I waited about five minutes or longer to eventually speak to Itumuleng at the watch repair. So unprofessional on the phone told me that he will phone me back. Phoned me back just to tell met the watch is back in the store and sorry they can't fit a new strap. We paid over a thousand rand for the watch and now we can't fit a new strap. I asked him why did they never let me know the watch is back. O we tried to phone you once and your phone was off. That is an lie as my phone is one twenty four of the day. I am in an occupation that my phone must be on l the time. I experienced a bad service at your Clinique counter a few weeks back and still also had no joy. No customer satisfaction from your customer of Clinique. This is my second bad experience at Edgars Woodlands. I seriously think you should be worried about this. I need an answer from Edgars what are you going to do to fix my husband watch. He didn't seem that is a big problem sorry we can't fix. How pathetic.
