Gucci Perfume sold at Edgars online stores

I am very much disappointed with the product I bought online from Edgars website (Online).

I bought a Gucci Intense Oud cologne, last month and had complains because the product wasn't of the expected standard. the product was exchanged, however, the replacement that I received was also similar to the one that I sent back for exchanging. I believe the product is counterfeit.

It is very sad that I paid so much for the cologne believing that I am buying authentic cologne, but instead, from such a trusted company still receive a ****.

I was helped at Carnival Mall Edgars the first time, where the store manager contacted people from Gucci and arrange that I get a replacement perfume. Which they did replace, but also the replacement was of the same value to the one that I initially complained about.

It has been financially draining to drive back and forth to Carnival for this matter and also, I feel down and shy to go in and out for complaining about the same product over and over again. I don't know how best I can be assisted but please, find it in your best interest to help me.

To be clear, I am directing this to Edgars online and whomever is concerned with handling Gucci products that are sold at Edgars online.
