I'd really like to thank ausi Beggy. I really appreciate her help. This is what I call customer service. Edgar's Mall Of Africa has an asset in her. There was some things happening on my account which I could not even explain. All she did was put my mind at ease and explain how everything can and will be sorted. In my whole life, I have never experienced such in retail and for that I would really like to thank her from the bottom of my heart. Keep up the good work sister.
