Great Service Received

I received a phone from insurance due to my phone got lost, and 4 days after the phone just went off. called the store and I was told to bring it in. but when I went to the store I was told I need to take it to Vodacom due to the do not deal with Vodacom phone while they are selling them. went to Vodacom and was referred back to the store. frustrated and abset as I was went back to the store and was told that they will book the phone in and will received it after 8 weeks without even checking that this phone is not even a week old. The above mentioned lady, she actually went through the slips and was able to assist. I got the best service over from her, I take my hat off to people like her who values their customer and their jobs. We need more consultants like Sphindiwe Goqokoma, to sustain a long long relationship with current customers business wise and also attract new customer. may her manager give her pack in her back for the great work she does.
