After a Week of complaining i have finally received assistance from Melanie in customer service She took the time to understand my frustrations in opening a new account at the Menlyn Branch She understood that i was already approved on the 18th of September for a new account which allows me to qualify for 50% of my first purchase Melanie sorted out the whole issue and authorized my request I am now an extremely Happy Edgars client as long as Melanie and Kate are still around :)
