Great Service

I am delighted to write this email today. I got the response on my previous email from Edgars , The lady by the name of Rose in (Underwear department) called and emailed me , requesting that I come through so that we can resolve the matter. On my arrival at Edgars, They told me that I just missed Rose but a lady by the of Millicent gladly assisted me with the matter.<br> <br> Wow....what a Pleasant Customer Experience I received from her. She did not know about the matter but she Liaised with Rose and knew exactly what to do. Thank you Millicent people like you can go far with a positive attitude.<br> <br> We don't need people Lebo in the Customer Service industry, dealing with people requires a skill.<br> <br> Thankk you once again Millicent, Keep doing the good job!!<br> <br> Happy Client
