GREAT service

I write this report while still at the store as I really am in disbelief of the kind of service I have received from Sandile. He is clearly here to serve customers and not in any way make clients feel they are a disturbance to his work. Customer service has turned to be least aspect in today's life ,but Sandile made me feel important and mostly valued as a client. All he did was stick to the basics. As I arrived to the cellular counter,he was with his colleague but he was the only one that acknowledge my presence by greeting me and offering to help. Even during the transaction, he listened to my questions and rep**** without any irritation. <br> This ie the kind of service one wishes to receive when walking into the store. I hope all his co workers, especially the girl working with him (couldn't get to se her name) can do what he does and we as client can feel welcomed every time walking to the store. For the first time after a very long time ,I made a purchase and left as a happy customer. It's good to know there are still people out there who knows why they are at work.
