Great customer service is not only for paying cust
I have logged a complaint against your staff and the way i was treated but you have not even responded I'm still receiving sms that I need to make payments i advised that i will only be able to make a payment end of September and even to try to pretend to call me that would help but no u can't do that because I'm useless i don't add value in your business i have been a great customer of yours never missed a payment never always paid more but what do u do toss me on the side for your staff to abuse me thank you i will spread the word that your company threaten to reduce my lime due to the fact that i was hospitalised and when i reported this to them they did nothing just ignored me like a fool thank you and god bless and may your business prosper
Thank you for raising your apprehensions with us. Kindly note the collections department needs to contact customers in order to distinguish why there as lapse in payment and assist in making payment arrangement. The SMS's are also send by the system if there is a default in payment.
