Great Customer Service from Store Manager

I am writing to commend the Store Manager of Edgars Eastgate branch, Lwazi Mkhatshwa.<br> I had an issue with a mislabeled item today and he assisted me in the most professional manner.<br> The body of the item was labelled with a certain price whereas there was a higher price on the boxes of all the same items, as well as on the system. After not having much joy with some of the customer service people, Lwazi sorted the whole thing out and gave us the lower price in a matter of minutes.<br> Lwazi has a great sense of, and value for, customer service, he is well trained on consumer rights and has a high degree of professionalism.
