Great Customer Service - Edgars Promenade

I purchased a cellphone online and arranged that the phone be delivered to Edgars Promenade store in Mitchells Plain. Upon collection of the phone I discovered that the phone was not what was sold online. I would like to compliment the staff of Edgars Promenade for sorting out the issue and arranging a new cellphone as it was a gift for my daughter. I would like to commend Sumaya, Natasha and the Store Manager (I unfortunately can't remember her name) for the excellent manner in which my complaint was handled and the swift response in sorting me out with a new phone in time for my daughter's birthday. Keep up the great customer service and thank you for changing what could have been a very unpleasant situation to a very positive one.
