Great customer service
<p>My friend and I were in Clicks Rosebank today and the one Manager Clement Phokane offered us a drink, We asked for plain water and were discussing the reason why there was refreshments on offer and Clement was so friendly and polite to us and my comment to him was "please go and work at Dischem ****arney" as they have no idea on how to treat their customers and that i would not shop there again.</p> <p>He was shocked at this and we were just discussing customer service in general and he clearly is very proud of his job and ensuring that his staff treat their customers importantly.</p> <p>This was well and truly a good experience and we wish him well with Edgars and many more service to the public from him.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p>Vanessa</p>
