GOSH cosmetics bad product
I've been purchasing GOSH cosmetic products for a while and I was pleased with the quality of the products. Recently I purchased GOSH makeup wipes, I purchased 3 packs. I however disposed of my receipt. when I opened it, it had an AWFUL SMELL, I cannot use the product as it STINKS. Edgars are the only stockists of Gosh products, I took it to Edgars and they refused to exchange the items because of my missing receipt. Why cant edgars assist as they are the only supplier of GOSH here in Durban. Really terrible experience. <br> <br> I've complained using the edgars email address with NO RESPONSE. <br> <br> Can someone assist with exchanging this product.

Thank you for raising your concerns with us. Please be advised our refund and exchange policy is part of the service we render to our customers. Please note we can only refund or exchange provided that there is proof of purchase, the item is in its original condition and within 30 days.
We understand that there are items that have a default. However, we require a proof of purchase to assist further. The proof of purchase is important as it helps to determine the date of purchase and whether it was purchased with us or not. Edgars is not the only Retailer that sells Gosh provides.
