Goods not supp****

I placed an online order on 12 November 2015 Value R993,35 Ref no.RSQ*** and they sent the wrong order.CIT***3 I contacted Sipho at *** who acknowledged the error and said they would collect the wrong parcel and deliver the right one. A few days later I called again and spoke to Steve who promised me that they would collect the wrong parcel and deliver the right one by 1 Dec 2015.(I explained to him that This was a part of my daughters birthday present) CourierIT collected the goods (***3) but did not deliver my products. I called them and they said they would dispatch my goods as soon as the wrong parcel was back with them. About 15 Dec 2015 I called again and spoke to Given who said that they were sold out of the goods but would pass a credit on my acc. After many many calls and promises it is now 4 months down the line and I have not received my products or a credit on my account.
