Goodbye Edgars

I've been let down by RCS and by proxy what's left of Edgars one too many a time now. Long story short - I app**** the remainder of my ThankU points before the cut-off time only to find out it has never app****. I received the bill for the full amount under RCS later that month. It was only worth around R200, but it's the principal of the matter.

Not only that, but the terms and conditions have changed so much. I've been sent from pillar to post trying to cancel my linked policies. I've settled my account in full and requested confirmation of cancellation, but nothing is forthcoming. If I get another monthly statement with all the charges I'm not going to be very happy at all.

I was a loyal customer for years, but Edgars has become too difficult to deal with. Broken site, broken support, brand in tatters. It is a shame.
