Good work ethic

last weekend i walked into the cellphone department in Edgars pavilion, received exceptional service from the staff on duty and purchased a Blackberry smartphone cash. within the week the mobile had given me problems with its functions , i called into the store and spoke to a guy named NEIL and he was very professional and accommodating in person as well as on the phone. My device was swapped for a new one , ready and waiting for me to pick up. response time was impeccable and there was hardly any waiting involved .
