Good service by Floor Manager at Edgars Cresta Centre

My thanks to your store manager at Cresta Centre who was friendly, helpful and efficient in resolving a problem trying to return an article without the actual Printed Invoice (I only had proof of purchase on my cell phone) which took place during the looting in Gauteng and Natal. Unfortunately I do not have her name but would like her to know that service like that is highly appreciated.
