Good morning sir/madam I am writing to you regarding unsolved problem that I am having with game store. I bought microwave on the 31-December-2024 Bennett read brand. On the 5th of May 2025 the microwave was no longer working I took it back ,they told me that is going to be repaired. On the 22nd of May the microwave was back and it was still not working ,it took it back I asked them for the refund because according to me this microwave it gave me problem within the period of 6 months. Yesterday I went to game and now they are telling me that the supplier declined to credit me back the money for the microwave, the reason that they gave me is that the microwave is more than 6months so I'm confused how is that while is having a warranty of 2years and according me I only used the microwave in the period of less than 5 months. Please assist. now it cold I can't warm my kids food 😢 Thank you in advance Maureen Raphulo.
