Good customer service

I bought clothes at eastgate mall on wednesday last week and went to exchange or return some of the clethes.I went to edgars in birchacres and wad assited by Khumo and the other lady.I did not have my cashcard or edgars carf while I had my invoice.They told me I cannot return my clothes without that card.I told them why when we buy no one explans this policies to us.only when we return we find policies and procedures.on the back of the invoce its written customer is only allowed to return if they have proof of purchase only.this cash card thing its not written anywhere on the invoive.The ladys were very much patient with me.I ended up getting my card number and they returned for me.I very much grateful about the service cause most of the store in Thembisa will treat you bad because of the location.But when you go to big cities you get good service.I give them thums up high five keep on doing the good job knowing even this retail shop put food on your table.really appreciate
