Going to Extra Mile
Good Day, This is a Compliment to Sifiso, Tshepo and David (Line Manager) in the Men's Department at Edgars Eastgate Mall Store. I was looking for a Suit and first identified the one i wanted last Tuesday. When i went back on the Friday to purchase it, it was no longer there as it had been sent to the warehouse. No other branches had the stock as i went to 5 other branches. Unable to check on the system as we did not know the SKU number, firstly Sifiso went out of his way to assist by correctly identifying the suit by my description. Long story short, he further engaged David and Tshepo to assist in getting the suite from the Warehouse. Tshepo went himself to the Warehouse and ensured it was delivered to the store and i went today to purchase it. Hats off to these guys for going the extra mile. It was not about price, but about the 'right fit' suite. Thank you again gentlemen, you have saved the day and ensured you have one happy and satisfied customer. Keep up the splendid work.
