Thandeka at customer services assisted me in finding an item i was searching for, i had no luck and been to other branches searching, she helped me and phones other branches even tho they kept her on hold for very long,she took down my details and went the extra mile in finding my item.. she then called me back later in to let me know she tracked it down and I couldn't be happier.. very pleased with her wonderful service!!!
