Given a run around after paying for a watch repair

I've been given a runaround by a Edgars melrose Arch. I brought my watch in for repairs in November last year. After countless visits to the store, I only got it back in April 2017. I was charged for a glass replacement and a new battery. Two weeks later, the battery stops working, meaning they didn't even replace the thing. I've been going to the store to get it fixed but kept on being sent from pillar to post.

Adelaide spoke to me and promised to assist if I come back the following day, knowing very well that she is off. I've been made to wait just to get my watch back and a refund for the battery replacement that I paid for.

I'm so not happy about this
