I was in the Cresta store on the 19/8/2014 and bought 2 pairs of jeans total being R 499.85<br> I paid with my MasterCard and the cashier Mamosebedi Xaba told me that the transaction did not go through and he needed to swipe my card a second time.<br> I showed him that it had gone through on my cell phone and he gave me a till slip showing AMOUNT NaN and told me that the reversal should show on my phone and back in my account within 24 hours. (SOrN ***5 00345 00221 018791)<br> I gave him my credit card and he swiped it again and it went off my account for the second time and sent me another sms notification. (SOrN ***5 00345 00049 059758)<br> As ecpected no money came back into my acc so II contacted Edgars Cresta and was told to come in with my slips. I am a pensioner and live in Roodepoort and will not be going to Cresta unless they pay for my petrol.<br> The lady I spoke to asked me for my credit card details and I presumed that I would be getting my refund.<br> I contacted the assistant manager yesterday and he promised to get back to me by noon today.<br> All I can say is that Edgars is no exception to the disgusting service offered by all S.A. companies.<br> <br> You are *******
