Gift voucher ***** from Edgars

Last year November got married to my wife and one of our wedding gifts was an Edgar's voucher( voucher no:***44 1444) worth R2500. We only used that voucher once to the total of +-R500 and was left with +-1900 on the 2th of March 2020. On the 23rd of June 2020 my wife went to Edgars Secunda shop in mpumalanga( that's where we are staying) and she found out that the gift voucher was used and R20 was left in the voucher while we still had the original voucher. When we enquire about this, no one is giving us the answers or what to do after this. Then on the 27th of June a lady by the name of Lizzy( from Edgars Secunda) call us to tell us that the gift voucher was used in canal walk( seems like its in Cape Town) on May 2020. We told Lizzy we don't even know where Cape Town is and couldn't travel there under the lock down regulations, how is this possible, she couldn't answer us. Then we asked only people who working for Edgars knows or understand about this gift voucher thing, it's means it's the employees who are ********** on this regards, they keep quite. We were given a reference no: ***/go we don't even know if it was reported to head office. Can you guys help us get a refund from Edgars please
