Ghost subscription at Edgars

I have an account with Edgars but paid off my account. These past 3 months I received statements claiming that I owe money because I have a contract or subscribed for airtime and a sms bundle. I have never subscribed for anything like that...I even do not receive any airtime or smse from Edgars.

My account no is 6 ********** 1 ********** . Mrs AJ Viviers.

I am going to close my account with Edgars. I will never go into that shop again. Please help me with advice.
