<p>In 2016 I had some problems with certain things but tried to pay my account as much as possible then i decided to make use of EFT payments (which i got proof of) cause it was the easier option. Then Tuesday morning i get a call from some collection agency that i was handed over to cause of none payment and yet payments were made. I dont understand how this came up as a logical idea but its so stupid it doesnt make sense.</p> <p> </p> <p>My only concern now is to get Edgards there money cause clearly you made a really bad mistake </p>
