Game store & RCS are ******

I have been paying my monthly installment but since July 2020, I haven't been receiving statements & I am being told that they haven't recieved any of my payments since July 2020 to date but I have receipts showing that I have been making payments at a nearby Game Store Johannesburg CBD.

I have been calling their head office, they've been saying that they'll resolve the matter but nothing has been done till now.

They have blacklisted me. Why do they have to do that when I make sure that I pay my monthly installment as agreed .

Please assist me.
