Game Customer Care

I'm not happy about game head office dealing it black costumers. Firstly I would love to thank the manager of game Jabulani Mall Mr Jankie , the lady at castomer care and the lady at till number 2 she spoke to me like I'm her friends she knew me I felt at home. TO THE MANAGEMENT OFF THE HEAD OFFICE you're service was in appalling. I'm an audio visual technician and I sub for big companies. Early this year I had an issue with the laptop I had at that time I got from game. I got a new laptop about four months ago and the laptop had it's issues. Four months prior that a Xhosa lady at castomer care called me while I was Bloemfontein working with the client that I almost lost coz of game. I last a lost off money coz I charge for a day and the client felt I was lying to him and gave my job to other people and had to give 50 present of the job I was to do. When I spoke to the Xhosa lady at castomer care it was like I was spiking in vacuum she was like "you getting a new laptop and so what what more do you want". I told her month end I have to pay for the laptop instalment and if I don't pay in time there are penalties and that's not games prerogative of witch the contract I have with game says so. When things go wrong on they side who takes responsibility? I will never forget some years ago 5 6years ago a white colleague of in Sandton had an issue with the drill while I was mounting the projector it just stopped and on that day was our last day on site and we didn't finish we were going to be penalized. We went to game in Sandton telling them about our issues we were given a vaucher Plus a new drill kit and since from there I was buying tools from game. Now me as a black child having an issue with game no one meets me half way. On Monday I took back the laptop and wanted to pay the difference and close the account. But I couldn't coz it was under my girlfriend's name. So yesterday we did so coz I felt game doesn't treat me like there rest. With the guys at Jabulani Mall who assisted me thank them for me there were great.
