From 11 Aug 2020 we have been requesting a refund of R1112.48. We went in store and sent emails. 3 months later we just get automated response. All the documents were sent and all we want is our money back. Edgars sends statements and keeps charging on the account. Its absolutely frustrating to call because you hold for so long. Can you just give us our money back
