FULLY PAID ACCOUNT BUT CAN'T GET PAID UP LETTER

I use to have account with Edgars but i closed it because i was struggling to pay it and i was handed over to debtcollectors i agreed to pay my account through my Edgars account number i managed to pay off my account ithink it was in 2017 or 2016 but I'm listed under Debt review i need a paid up letter from edcon because can't even have any information about their lawyers but I'm told that my id number and account number are not in file but it's their edcon account number even their call center agent a so rude please i need a paid up letter because i paid you guys lomg time go please i have a proof of payment
