Full refund and immediate cancelation of services

My mother retired in 2014. She has paid up this account and after many emails, phone calls and walk-ins at your stores trying to cancel with you you are still deducting money off her account, R500 every month for services she is not even using. e.g. Retrenchment policies, funeral covers etc. This is dispicable and the next steps is to the ombudsman or attorneys.

Can someone call me first thing tomorrow morning and sort this out. This has been going on now since 2014. Who the hell pays for a retrenchment policy in retirement??????
