Frustration Relieved
Last week Friday on the 1st of September I had to go past your branch to do a refund for shoes that had been purchased a week in advance. I was struggling with the staff member on duty at Customer Services as she kept on telling me what I needed to have done couldn't be done. She ended up having to call her mangeress Phumzile who managed to resolve me query and I left a satisfied customer. Thank you Phumzile. The world needs more people like you. I appreciate it.
