Frustrating

While trying to apply for a bond my Itc picked up a edgar's card with a outstanding balance. I have literally phoned every department, legal, collections, client service, call centre I've logged a call, sent emails and not one of them can find any details on my i.d number. And not one of them can give me a letter advising that there is no edgar's card on my i.D number which is now totally holding up my bond application.
