Frustrated with Edgars

I paid my Edgars account in full in September 2020. The balance was R0. I found out that there is a JetClub loaded on my account, that takes money every month - I did not even know of this... How is it possible that something is loaded on my account without my knowledge.

I have contacted Edgards, but with no luck. I cancelled the JetClub immediately, but now this month they billed me again!!

I am so frustrated! Can someone please help me!!!
