Frustrated edgars

Edgars won't refund my money, let alone closing my account. I made an online purchase and after a month of no delivery I canceled the order. I requested the refund and also to close my account, 7 days later I'm still waiting with no assistance while I'm being taken from pillar to posts with all sorts of promises. All I want is for my account to be closed so that I don't incur monthly fees anymore and that I be refunded my R800 is it too much to ask!
