Frustrated customer

I have made a few orders on Cyber Monday. Have still not received any confirmation from Edgars regarding delivery. (2-5) days have passed. E-mail to customer services has not been responded to and call center agents never pick up. I needed the stuff for vacay which we leave on in a few days.
