Frustrated!!

Ok this is now the latest update regarding my online order from edgars.. My parcel is STILL in Gauteng.. My parcel was delivered to the wrong person last week Friday. I contacted Edgars online to inform them of the error and to also inform them that I received an order which was supposed to be delivered to a lady in the eastern cape.. I live in kzn.. Today im still waiting for error to be rectified.. I took the liberty to contact the courier service.. The tracking number given to me by edgars is outdated!!! Its a tracking number for 2018!!! ***?
