Froud at jet and close an account

Would like to report a bad service from Jet I close my account last year 22 December 2019 visit jet at golden walk on the 24 of December 2019 to close that account but they didn't do that for past 9 months am trying to close that account around January there was Froud in that account that they said its closed I did a dispute but when I want a credit somewhere they said I owe jet i visited Jet at golden walk they said i must do dispute again now am struggling to buy a house and a car because of that account 3 weeks still waiting a paid up later to get credit somewhere I hate jet with passion all I want is to close the account that I seclose a ttle for the second time mxm
