I am a new client that opened an account last month and qualified for your promotion of a free return flight based on spending a minimum amount. To date, I have not heard from anyone about how to claim this promotion per adverti*****t. <br> <br> I have spent the last hour calling in to different divisions of Edcon trying to be assist and keep getting passed from pillar to post. <br> <br> How difficult is it to understand your promotions and assist clients in claiming them? None of your staff know how to be of assistance with exception to Prunushka i think it was. She at least tried to make an effort.<br> <br> All I want is the information on how to book and get this sorted out, and as soon as possible.
